2x 6.5" 100w rms Full Range Speakers

Hey all,

I have 6x 6.5" Full range speakers.

They are 100w rms and 200 peak.
8 ohm
Polypropylene Cone

And they sound good

Beatrix's current speakers!

oooh, could be, depends if I manage to loose an ebay auction.

I'm planning on making a back pack and need some 6+ inch drivers to match some horn tweeters.

I wouldn't recommend these for backpacks they're heavy! They sound amazing but they weigh quite a bit for what they are.

'K, not that it matters now, the last eBay auction came through, so I know have some Kenwood 6 and a halfs.

In fact 4 of them, so I should have enough for this one and the next back pack. (Or I could make a 4 speaker monster with no horn tweeters)

No idea if they are going ot be any good though, we shall see.

Which models are they? They make some decent sounding gear.

They's not bad

if memory serves me right they're really light too!

The "hefting by hand" test seems to say light, so I'm thinking of putting all 4 into a box rather than use the horn tweeters. We shall see.
